  5. Read carefully and discuss to make sure you understand what you should be doing Integrity: follow the instructions on the screen

  6. Get started immediately: sharpen pencils, get notebooks ready, get assignments out, follow the directions quickly! Effort: move quickly!

  7. Use this time because we have little time in class. This helps you get your mind right. Value: being efficient

  8. Time for goofing off ends at the bell. Be mature, and get to work! Efficiency: be prepared!
