NK Textbook Development * 2 Books: 2nd and 3rd semester books * Each has 5 chapters on 10 FLO Topics * Identical format with New KBC textbook * 100% authentic NK materials used * 2nd Semester Topics: Geography, Culture, Society, Science, Technology * 3rd Semester Topics: Politics, Security, Military, Environment, Economy

  3. LC Material Development * Total 200 Authentic L/C Passages (20 per each of the 10 FLO topics) * 100 passages from NK media sources * 100 passages from natural conversation * Recording scripts and comprehension check questions provided * Recording of 100 passages by native Speakers of North Korean

  4. NK Dictionary Development * About 7,000 NK words in 300 pages * Format: NK–SK–English–Example * Military terms marked with an * * High frequency words in bold face * Close collaboration with other teams * Various authentic source/corpus used * Feedback from native speakers
