  1. 3-5 year vision: Given what we know about ourselves, our opportunities, our community and our genetic code, what do we believe God would be pleased for our congregation to look like in 3-5 years? CEFC Leadership Retreat

  2. Highlights • Bible study • Poll results • Relationship (surprise, surprise) • Integration of the Gospel • Prayer • Brainstorming • Vision statement

  3. In the next 3-5 years, we envision: • a network of gospel communities which glorify God by making disciples, living the gospel, and expressing the church, • a congregation that worships with an engaged heart and mind, • unbelievers regularly and intentionally introduced to the gospel through word and deed, both locally and globally • believers who consistently integrate the gospel into their way of life, and • an infrastructure for church growth.

  4. Keep in Mind… No change to sandbox, Connect-Grow-Serve-Multiply or Mission: Bringing all people into healthy relationship with Jesus Christ and one another. Only the Holy Spirit can bring about this vision, but we desire to partner with Him by providing compelling teaching, mentoring, structure, and opportunities.

  5.
