  4. Traffic Signal Box Community Art Project Aim: to reduce the incidence of graffiti on Vic Roads traffic signal boxes (TSB) in the City of Darebin Objective: select and paint 10 graffiti prone TSBs with community. Engage local artists, students and residents will be invited to paint the TSB
