  2. A. Partnership Approval Initial enquiry received. Faculty approaches SRBP or vice-versa so MAR can take this forward. MAR discusses proposed partnership with DVC (Academic). DVC recommends for further consideration of proposed partnership. Yes No Due Diligence Panel convened. Recommendation to Academic Development Committee (ADC). DVC declines proposal. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner ADC approval given for further development? Yes No Partnership Development & Approval Panel (PDAP) convened to consider approval of partnership. Risk analysis produced. Partnership declined / stop negotiations. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner Site Approval Visit conducted. Partnership Approval Report produced and risk analysis updated. Partnership Approval Report considered by DVC Academic (on behalf of AB). Partnership to proceed? Yes No DVC Resources approves Business Plan Partnership declined / stop negotiations. MAR convey outcome to Faculty and advise the partner QMSC/ Ac Services to follow up recommendations. Report and response to recommendations to QMSC who report to AEC, hence to AB. All issues must be addressed before partnership commences. MOA produced and signed. MAR updates Collaborative Provision Register NB If new programme being developed for Partnership, conducted in accordance with programme approval
