  4. 1. Quality Awareness- Standard ISO 9001 Introduction • The 9001 Quality has not been fully implemented to get official certification but we are constantly working on completing the implementation process • Expect to get certified in the nearest future

  5. 1. Quality Awareness- Requirements • Talks about Quality Management System but not directly of product quality • Main focus is on processes and their quality • Guiding Principles and Objectives of JV INKAI should be communicated to all people and followed.

  7. 1. Quality Awareness- Definitions PROCEDURE – Question for YOU! • Should there be a procedure for everything (all processes, operations, etc.)?

Quality Awareness- Definitions PROCEDURE Question to YOU! • In what cases the procedure may not be documented? • What is an undocumented procedure? • What are the factors that might replace the procedure? (e.g. college degree, experience, induction training, driving license, common knowledge, etc.)
