CHALLENGES FACED • Defining “College and Career Readiness Standards” in a way that values both CTE and CORE academic content • Creating and sustaining long-term buy-in with diverse groups and multiple interests – bringing together as one • Ensuring that high school courses connect with technical college, four-year institutions and Business &Industry • Understanding (measuring) the variables that influence student postsecondary degree completion and job placement for RPOS participants • Consistent implementation of RPOS across all LEAs/IHEs
