  2. IBO Mission Statement • The International Baccalaureate Organization aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

  3. To this end the IBO works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

  14. What Is Pre-IB Grade 10? Its an opportunity: • For Enriched Curriculum • To Explore Ideas and Stretch Yourself • To Learn New Transferable Skills • To Choose the IB Diploma Program in March of next year

  15. Normal for all Grade 10 students at PA • No course changes • If you fail a course in Grade 10, you are only able to take it again in Grade 11

Come Visit Pre-IB and IB classrooms! • Tell your teacher and your guidance counsellor that you are interested in Pre-IB and they will sign you up to come to PA to see Pre-IB and IB in action! • At this point we can only accommodate 30 seriously interested students for these visits to sign up early!
