  4. Course of Study Students must take: • 3 HL courses • 3 SL courses And… Complete all elements of the core of the hexagon. • Theory of Knowledge Course • Extended Essay • CAS—Creativity, Action, Service

Why IB? • Some considerations: • An IB Diploma provides excellent preparation for college. • It develops a global perspective through an interdisciplinary course of study which can make students better prepared for jobs in the 21st Century. • Colleges and universities look favorably on an IB Diploma candidate in the admissions process. In addition, many grant credit or accelerated placement for IB scores

  10. When do I start to think about entering the IB programme? Students enter the IB diploma programme in the junior year and complete all elements of the program within the last two years of high school. However… Planning for becoming an IB Diploma students begins much earlier.
