What will it provide for Community • Community space – The Atrium, Kitchen, Mezzanine, Meeting Room, Multi Media Resource, Wet Arts/Creche • IAG, Learning and employment services • Support for community groups • Setting up new clubs and groups • Self employment hub • Social enterprise thematic areas – food, health, arts, environment

What will it provide for Redruth • Dynamic centre at gateway to the town • Bringing back a historic property into 21st Century usage. • Footfall – over 50 staff a week, 600 separate users a year • More community space • Maintain momentum in the Town’s Development • Provide a centre of excellence for others to model • More service delivery within the town.

  7. What will it provide for VCS • Offices for CN4C and others • Opportunity to share back office services • Place to deliver services from • Centre of excellence and learning
