  5. FOAPAL Information Required Optional Account Index Chart Fund Org Account Program Activity Location • Account Index Code • Entered on Account Index Code Maintenance Form (FTMACCI) • Shortcut or alias • Can “pop in” all or part of FOAPAL string • Increases data entry accuracy
