  3. Training Goal To develop our employees competenciesto be able to achieve the company mission statement. Competencies= Knowledge + Skill + Behavior To ensure this: • Will send you a list of all 2012 and 2013 participants in the ETF to avoid nominating them in 2014. • Also, will send you the a list of all participants in the internal basic and supervisory training during the last 6 months in 2013 to avoid nominating them in the first 6 months in 2014
