  4. Fall Membership Requirements 80% Overall Attendance 66% Attendance at Technicals 66% Attendance at General Meetings 4.0 Community Service Credits 6.0 Tutoring Hours 100% Required Fundraising Activities

Schedule of Fall Technicals • 10/5 – The Helen and Oscar Sufin Lectureship - Required • 9am – 12pm; Newman Center; Business Professional • 10/9 – EisnerAmper • 10/11 – DCAA • 10/16 - Brock, Schechter & Polakoff • 10/18 – Crossing the Line • Details TBA • 10/25 - Tronconi, Segerra, and Associates

  6. Schedule of Fall Technicals • 11/6 – Becker • 12/4 – Freed Maxick • Must attend at least 7 of 10 technicals • All technicals are strictly business casual. • You will not receive credit if you are not dressed properly

  7. Discover Your Differences: Diversity Workshop • Hosted by BAP ISC and SOMMA • November 29th – Newman Center • Time: TBA • Required for All Candidates • Will Count as Two Technical Credits

Community Service • Soup Kitchen • Details TBA • Must participate in at least 4 hours • 10/6 – Habitat for Humanity • 6 Credits, 9am – 3pm • 10/31 – Trick or Eat • 3 Credits, 4 – 7pm • 11/3 – UB Clean Up • 3 Credits, 10am – 1pm • 11/4 – UB a Good Neighbor • 1 Credit/hour • Blood Drive • 1 Credit

  10. Social Events • 10/13 – Lasertron • 7pm; $16 pp • 10/27 – UB vs. Toledo Football Tailgate • 12pm (game at 3:30pm); FREE • Meet at TrueBlue Ave. • 11/4 – Skyzone • 5pm – 6pm; $10 pp • Email Blaire Gavin to RSVP (blairga@buffalo.edu)

  11. Bills Game • 12/2 – Buffalo Bills v. Jacksonville Jaguars • 1pm Kickoff – Tailgating Before • $25 per ticket • Open to first 25 People • Email Blaire Gavin to RSVP

  12. Fundraising Requirement • 50/50 Raffle • Each ticket is to be sold for $1.00 • Must sell a minimum of 20 tickets • 11/1 – Tickets and funds due/ winners will be drawn • Restaurant Fundraising • Dates TBA - November • Required to attend at least 1 event

  13. Tutoring • Sign Up Now – Limited Availability • Minimum of 6 Hours Each Semester • Sign Sheet in ARC to Receive Credit • Penalty for Missing Reserved Time = 1 Additional Hour

  14. Tutoring • Can Proctor Exams to Get Tutoring Credit • MGA201: • EXAM II:  Monday, November 5, 2012 • 2:00 - 2:50 pm AND 3:00 - 3:50 pm, Knox 20 • FINAL EXAM:  Thursday, December 13, 2012 • 3:30 – 5:30 pm , Knox 20 and NSC 225

  16. 2012 PwC xACT Competition • Kickoff Meeting : • Friday, October 5th 4pm, 106 Jacobs • Teams Consist of 5 Members • 2 Upperclassmen (Seniors/5th Year MS) • 3 Underclassmen (Sophomores/Juniors) • Top 2 Teams Get $1,000! • National Finalist Gets $10,000 and Trip to NYC!

  17. Committees • Can Join Multiple Committees • Expected to be Active in All Committees
