Project Timeline • Inadequate municipal offices prior to Irene flooding • August 2011 – Municipal offices flooded • Opportunity to combine needed municipal functions • $1 Million grant awarded February 2013 • Failed bond vote on June 27, 2013 • Feasibility Study to review all potential sites • Voter Survey – September 2013 • Public input and plans for new facility - 2014

  6. EXISTING CONDITIONS - SITE

  7. Objectives Achieved • The cost has been reduced significantly from $7.8m to $4.98m • The building is designed to maximize energy efficiency • The property is municipally owned, in the village and above the floodplain • The size of the project has been reduced and does not include police • There is space available for future expansion
