KLAS TREMATODA Ciri-ciri - flat, unsegmented worms -leaf-like organism -incomplete digestive tract -oral sucker (nourishment) -ventral sucker/acetabulum (attachment) • All hermaphroditic • All require 2 intermediate hosts • Eggs of all trematodes operculated • The infective stage is metacercaria except Schistosomes (sercaria)

PEMERIKSAAN TELUR CACING PADA FESES (NATIF) • Campurkan 1 bagian tinja dengan 5-10 bagian air • Ambil dengan menggunakan pipet, buang tetesan pertama dan letakkan 1 tetes berikutnya pada objek glass • Tutup dengan coverglass, usahakan tidak ada gelembung udara sehingga tidak mengganggu identifikasi telur • Bila tidak ditemukan, pemeriksaan dapat diulangi dengan meneteskan lagi larutan feses

PEMERIKSAAN TELUR CACING METODE PARFITT AND BANKS • Tuangkan cairan tinja ke dalam tabung reaksi sampai 2 cm dari dasar tabung dan tambahkan air sampai ¾ tabung kemudian tunggu 10 menit. • Buang supernatan sehingga hanya tersisa endapannya. • Tetesi endapan dengan KOH 10 % 3 tetes. • Tambahkan air sampai ¾ tabung lalu aduk. • Tunggu 10 menit, buang supernatan sehingga hanya tersisa endapan. • Tetesi endapan tinja dalam tabung dengam methylene blue 0,5 % sebanyak 2 tetes dan aduklah. • Ambil endapan paling bawah dengan menggunakan pipet lalu letakkan di atas objek glass dan diamati dengan mikroskop perbesaran 100 kali

  13. Penghitungan telur cacing per gram tinja • N x n x 10 Ket: N= jumlah tetes dlm 1 cc larutan (20 tetes) n= jumlah telur cacing 10 = pengenceran Satuan : ... telur cacing per gram tinja
