  1. Mandatory assigment • Make Geodesic Active Contours in 2D images. • Make it simple  • No fast marching etc. to begin with. • Reinitialization can be necessary. Foundations of Image Analysis, O.F.Olsen

Practicalities • Groups of 2 (or 3) • Deadline : 5.nov 12 in my pigeon hole 4D • You should make a small report with picture and source code and comments at least with a statement on if it works and if not what does not work. • CD with the source code and ready to run example. • On the first page of the report should be stated which matlab script to call.
