  10. Further Comments on the Event (from 129 feedback forms) Well organised event. (8 people) Can Time Management be added to the Staff Development course list? (2 people) Increase the number of sessions next year. The sessions this year were interesting, informative and fun. (3 people) The theme was not connected with the conference. Learnt a lot, but not about change. (2 people) The event is great to meet people and get to know the university. (5 people) One if the best Support Staff Conferences ever. Previous workplaces did not offer this. Will attend next year. (9 people)

  11. Further Comments on the Event(from 129 feedback forms) Registration: (4 people) Registration was chaotic Keynote speaker: (6 people) Perceived as not relevant, boring and condescending People had the feeling they were in a lecture on textiles Catering: (6 people) Was not good, it was better in previous years The range of food was not very broad Queues were long, it seemed disorganised Exhibition: (1 person) Too hidden, it was not clear the Atrium was part of the Support Staff Conference

  12. Suggestions from attendees for future events based on the feedback The workshops should be linked more to the theme. Ideal if everything could be in the same building. A more inspirational keynote speaker. Give clearer indications of what e.g. BS and CW mean. No delegate pack and less paperwork to carry. Put the food vouchers in the badge holders. Changing rooms for sport workshops and they should take place in the gym. Water and fruit would be preferred over tea and biscuits. A drink should be included with lunch and a plate would be preferred. The exhibition needs to be positioned better and signage should indicate that it is part of the Support Staff Conference. The event should finish earlier than 4.45pm. More opportunities to mix with schools and departments would be good.
