Comments • Many of the respondents commented that they are satisfied overall with the support staff positions that they hold. • Some of the respondents noted that there is conflict within the offices, among staff in general (including other support staff, agents and directors). • It was frequently commented that communication levels need to be improved within Extension as a whole. This includes communication between support staff, agents, directors and the CSU campus. • Many of the respondents requested training in Access, Dreamweaver, Excel and PowerPoint. • A few of the respondents noted that some of the county buildings were older and do not have the appropriate resources. It was also noted that some of the smaller offices have different needs and expectations than the larger offices do.
