ROADS/TRANSPORTATION Proposed Draft for Public Hearing Part I Projects Listed in Priority Order with Estimated Cost Showing Anticipated Revenue Sources from the current SPLOST Program and from Possible Impact Fees and Possible Grants from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and the General Fund. The Impact Fee Revenues Are Based on the Maximum Allowable Amount and on the Annual Revenue Projection from TischlerBise, with Reductions to be Made if Smaller Impact Fees Are Charged and/or if Annual Revenues Are Less than Projected

  3. While Listed in Priority Order, Several Projects Could Be Expected to be Underway at Any One Time. If Less than Maximum Allowable Impact Fees Are Charged, One or More Projects Could be Deleted and/or Divided into Phases. Also, State Law Enables a Local Government to Make Annual Revisions in Its Capital Improvements Element. Part I Projects Are the Short Term (5-Year) Projects. Part II Projects Are the Long Term (Up-to-20-Year) Projects. The Revenue Sources Include Funds from Possible Future SPLOST Programs, from Possible Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) grants, from Possible Impact Fee Funds, from the City's General Fund, and from Other Sources Not Yet Identified.
