  3. SCS Proposal Update Timescale May 05 Sign agreement between each of the NRENs and TERENA. June 05 Start the process to procure the service November 05: Sign the contract with a commercial CA, selected through the tender (if any). December 05: Service up and running November 06: Service evaluation and financial model revision. Possible extension for another year. Poznan, 5 June 2005
