  16. LEADER & FOLLOWER Kepemimpinan selalu mengandaikan adanyahubungan natara manusia/human relationship antara yang memimpin dan yang dipimpin.

  17. CHANGE Kepemimpinan itu mesti menghasilkan suatu PERUBAHAN yang positif bagi organisasi. Karena itu kepemimpinan mesti berciri inovatif, reformatif.

  18. PEOPLE Kepemimpinan selalu melibatkan kelompok MANUSIA. Manusia diposisikan pada jabatan dan fungsi-fungsi tertentu sesuai kemampuan (keahlian dan ketrampilan) yang dimilikinya.

  19. ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES • Kepemimpinan dibutuhkan untuk merumuskan tujuan organisasi. Melalui kepemimpinan diharapkan tujuan organisasi dapat diwujudkan.
