Calibration options Each device come swith a 3 point RH and 1 point temperature calibration certificate Adjustment/calibration options: • 1 or 2-point calibration using USB-adapter (219690) and PC • 1- point adjustment using HM70 (cable 219980SP) If a RDP100 remote display is connected to the HMDW110 it has to be disconnected for the PC/HM70 communication to work

RDP100 Glass in front of display • Standard item RDP100: • Displays one or two selected environmental parameters • Recessed, thin design without holes and grooves makes the device easy to clean - ideal for cleanrooms • Front panel materials resistant to most commonly used cleaning agents • Easy to install and configure without special tools • Digital data communication from the sensor – no calibration needed for the display • Compatible with the following Vaisala instruments: HMDW110 series transmitters, HMP60/63/110/113, DMT132, DMT143, DPT146, DMT152 and MMT162 Front panel AISI304 stainles steel

How to configure RDP100 • 1: Select desired parameters: • Display shows available parameters • Maximum 2 parameters • Available parameters determined by transmitter • Last DIP selects metric/nonmetric units 2: When the selection is valid RDP100 will automatically apply them. You can of course continue to modify the selection 3: Done ... put the frontplate back on!

Benefits of HMDW110+RDP100 • Proven Humicap180R sensor is stable and can withstand most chemicals including sterilization agents • 3 point NIST-traceable calibration certificate included for the basic ±2%RH/0.3°C accuracy. • RDP100 display is designed for cleanroom use. Stainless steel front protrudes only 6mm inside the wall and is easily cleananble with no sharp edges • Simplified wiring, RDP100 is powered by the HMDW110-series transmitter • Catalytic Humicap sensor – HUMICAP180VHP – is available for increased sensor life in applications with frequent H2O2 condensation

Why catalytic sensor? • In processes with frequently repeated and long H2O2solution condensation the catalytic sensor survives longer • With the standard sensor the measurment indicates saturation level to H2O2solution. With catalytic sensor the H2O2is broken down to water and oxygen. The measurment indicates saturation level compared to pure water saturation Measurement example with HMT333
