  3. About Us……….. • We as a group is association of consultants & auditors headed by J. D. Shastri who is a Lead Auditor For ISO 9001 :2008 i.e. a person qualified to do audits & recommend an organization for certification to ISO 9001 :2008

  4. About Us……….. • Mr. Mulye is the first consultant to be awarded QCI-NABET registration as School Consultant & his registration no is CS91 001. • He is also QCI-NABET certified school examiner & registered as consultant for ISO 9001 with QCI-NABET

  5. School Accreditation • What is school accreditation? • Why accreditation ? • How do we achieve it?

What ? • Accreditation is a process of establishing competence of a school in delivering the requisite elements of education & it’s ability to carry out evaluation to make professional Judgment In practice it is awarded by QCI-NABET after carrying out structured assessment of compliance to the (requirements of ) accreditation standard namely “Accreditation Standard for Quality School Governance Sept 2008” published by NABET ie National Accreditation Board for Education & Training .

  7. QUALITY CONCLAVE • Feb.2007 Quality Conclave of India was addressed by then President of India who stressed upon importance of quality in education for building quality of India’s human resource & asked QCI to come up with an accreditation mechanism for schools. Thus the standard evolved

Why? • We can use the standard & be then able to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide educational service that meets interested party requirements with a view to provide holistic education & facilitate over all development of students • We can use it & aim at enhancing interested party satisfaction through the effective use of process approach.

  9. How? • Understand the accreditation standard requirements • Implement Educational Management System in accordance with the requirements • Maintain & continually improve the effectiveness of the educational management system

Arun Patel :20 years in education in different capacities like academic, administration and teaching, heading schools, inspecting schools, setting up schools from scratch, teacher training and orientation work for Principals. He has considerable experience setting up systems and processes for schools and the associated documentation for the same. • He is a QCI-NABET certified school examiner.

  14. Educational Services--- • We are currently working with 6 schools for NABET accreditation & the implementation is in advanced stage. One school is already accredited & 2 are applying now. • We were involved with ISO certification of Schools & related organizations like , • Bombay Institute Of Management Nalasopara-Thane, Math-Magic ( ABACUS like) Thane, & Nayaks Tutorials Pvt. Ltd -Mumbai

Our approach-- • We will start with initial assessment & while establishing, documenting & implementing any system we will make it as NABET compliant in various steps • We are committed to complete NABET within 8/10 months with full co operation & appropriate involvement of all from your organization.

Our Process & scope • 1) Initial assessment of school • 2) ½ day awareness training to required persons in school • 3) Formation of core team of school & 2 days training on Preparing school for Accreditation to core team -end of stage 1 • 4) Sharing results of assessment(1) to core team & implementing actions on all points

  17. Our Process & scope • 5) Help in documentation required by NABET & for effective functioning of school -end of stage 2 • 6) 1 Day training to core team on conducting self assessment & rating on checklist points • 7) Conducting self assessment by school under our observation -end of stage 3

Our Process & scope • 8) Self assessment by experts from our side • 9) Sharing results of self assessment by experts & submission of formal report to school • 10) Help for School applying to NABET for accreditation ,completion of NABET process including closure actions by school & Accreditation to school -end of stage 4
