  2. Do you always wash your hands after using the toilet?Listen to story.

  3. How many masks do you wear? Are they easily changed?

  4. We use impression management because we want to show people our best features, BUT sometimes…

  5. …we use impression management to HIDE who we really are.Be aware of when and why you do this.

  6. What groups do you represent?

  7. When you make a fool of yourself publicly, you have made your entire family look bad! When you mess up, sometimes it reflects on your ethnicity.Your employer…Your whole school…

  8. You can’t present 2 different images to people…and be fit for leadership!

  9. You can’t have a public self that is different from your private self. You must be the same person at all times…wherever you are…when you are alone or with others!

  10. When you do something very inappropriate like cussing or being ugly to another person, I feel let-down, hurt, disappointed, sad. I feel sad for people who listened to you talk or behave that way.

  11. When you mess up,that is what we ALL ought to feel for each other…sad, betrayed, sick inside.

  12. Can you think of someone in the news or politics who has messed up and really disappointed people?

  13. None of us is perfect, but we need to live our lives in a way that truly reflects our most deeply-held values and principles. People will form impressions of you based on how you present yourself.

  14. Maybe it is not always fair…Welcome to the real world!

  15. Let’s do something good…something positive. You are marketing yourself – who you are and what you believe – your thoughts, ideas, dreams, hopes, and your solutions.
