  3. Victoria’s Virtual Library Aims: 1.Create a 24 hour library portal. 2. Consolidate existing online information resources. 3. Provide services not provided in other ways. 4. Add to existing levels of Info.Services in public libraries. 5. Research and develop online information services. 6. Create an online community of library users.
