This might include taking time away from your desk if your schedule allows and getting an appropriate amount of sleep at night; • Prioritize your top tasks & do them first: This also allows you to go home with peace of mind, knowing that you put your best foot forward, today. 23/09/2020

  20. Lastly - Advice • i. DisengageWhen you are working - work. But once you clock off, you need to attempt to disengage. No answering emails on your phone before bed – they will be there for you in the morning. You need time to work on you and do some of the things that make you happy. 23/09/2020

  21. Cont….. Advice • ii. Exercise Since most of our routine works need us to sit at a desk for 8+ hours per day. It is important that you take some time out of your day to look after your body through exercising. 23/09/2020

  22. Remember “Work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. The other four balls – family, health, friends, integrity – are made of glass. If you drop one of these, it will be irrevocably scuffed, nicked, perhaps even shattered.” -Gary Keller 23/09/2020
