    2. Overview Presentation objective To highlight the key points contained in PRP subcontractor agreements Contracts signed 20 core partners have signed PRP contracts – 7 Local and 13 International, 1 outstanding More partners are likely to be engaged under the innovations fund

    3. Dates Effective Date - 1st September 2011 Retroactive Financing Limit & Date – as negotiated End Date - 31st August 2012 Last Disbursement Date - 25th September 2012 Implementation Term - 12 Months

    4. More Dates... Monthly Progress Reports - against indicators, captured in PRP beneficiary database - by the 7th Quarterly Reports – by the 20th Completion Report + program evaluation report within 25 calendar days Monthly Financial Expenditure Report - by the 25th Quarterly Request for Funds and Actual Expenditure Report - by the 25th day of the month following the end of the quarter Final Financial Report - within 25 calendar days of completion, or upon termination

    5. Audits Annual audited accounts for each of the financial years covered - 4 months A final audit - within 1 month of completion

Asset Management Maintain asset registers & notify GRM of changes Disposal - assets remain property of the donors and must not be disposed of except as DFID directs through GRM Comprehensive insurance cover No major asset procurements by partners in this last year Any asset procurement should be cleared with GRM

    7. Contract performance Put in place and adhere to financial and administrative policies and procedures - commensurate with the size and complexity of the organisation Partner performance will be measured – quality, comprehensiveness & progress - agreed work plan, log frame & narrative Cooperate fully in field technical and compliance visits Comply - dates, audits, assets, procurement, achieve targets & adhere to all contract conditions
