  1. TRICARE Online (TOL) is your gateway to multiple TRICARE services and benefits, all at the touch of a button, and from the convenience of your home or office. On TOL, you can make appointments or refill your prescriptions at any time (24/7), assess your personal health and medical symptoms; and find links to manage your TRICARE enrollment and claims. There are also a number of other links to research general TRICARE information. Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes to complete :1. Go to https://www.tricareonline.com 2. Read the Online Privacy and Security Policy and click “I AGREE”3. Click “Register Now on TOL”, fill in the information, and submit4. Click “Patient Registration Only (Beneficiary)”5. Read the disclaimer and click “I AGREE”6. Follow the directions on the screen to complete your registrationNote: If you change duty stations, your registration in TOL will remain current. You only need to “Transfer” your MTF under the “My Profile” tab. You can also update your demographic information under this same tab. Once registered, scheduling appointments is fast and easy:1. Go to https://www.tricareonline.com 2. Read the Online Privacy and Security Policy and click “I AGREE”3. “Log On” by entering your username and password, or using your Common Access Card (CAC)4. Under Quick Links, select “Book an Appointment”. Select a “Family Member” and “Visit Reason” from the drop down menus that will appear, and click “View Available Appointments” (common visit reasons are on the back of this pamphlet)5. Based on your selection from the “Visit Reason” drop down menu, available appointments will be displayed6. Select the appointment you want in the pop-up calendar, or follow directions for other optionsFor any problems or questions regarding TOL, agents are available 24 hours a day to help. You will find these in the drop down menu when you begin searching for an available appointment. If you have an acute issue – an ailment requiring a same day appointment or a visit within 24 hrs – select “New Problem/Urgent” If you need routine care – something for which you do not need immediate attention – select “New Problem/Not Urgent”. To schedule an appointment with your PCM after receiving specialty care in the network, or by the request of your PCM, select “Follow Up PCM Visit” Drop down selections for Pap Smears, Annual Eye Exams, School Physicals, and Well Baby Visits – any many others -- are also available online. Please note that not all of our appointments are available online. If you have difficulty booking your appointment online, or cannot find an appointment time that suits your needs, please call our appointment line at 1-866-645-4584. This line is open Monday through Friday, 0600 – 2100; Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, 0700 – 1530.
