  2. The community of Wickford, Essex is a charming one. With a population of over 32,500, it is generally referred to as a “commuter town”, due to its being connected to the Liverpool Street Station via the Shendfield to Southend Line; a train from here to London takes some 40 minutes.

  3. Wickford is focused around its High Street, the central pub of the entire city, which includes a community center, swimming pool, and library. The houses of the High Street community are especially scenic, breath-taking works of art. The retail and residential industries in Wickford are receiving the biggest focus; some 650 apartments are planned to be built as part of the Master-plan. As Wickford is receiving such exorbitant attention, there has never been a better time to buy!
