  2. Caso Clínico 1 Niña de 8 años de edad Antecedente: T. Wilms sin tratamiento por 2 años Síntomas: Alza térmica, congestión nasal y dificultad respiratoria Examen Clínico: T oral 38C, FR 28x´, FC 140x´, PA: 90/60 Ectoscopia: irritable, febril, llorosa, refiere sensación de falta de aire. Orofaringe congestiva, otoscopia positiva, Tórax: sibilantes difusos en ambos campos pulmonares Abdomen: negativo. • ¿ Que preguntas son importantes en la HC? • Ultima Rx. TORAX • Antecedentes de asma o procesos similares • Si otro miembro de la familia esta enfermo • DIAGNOSTICOS • Otitis Media con espasmo leve • IRA con otitis • SOB con otitis • Descartar Metástasis Pulmonar

Caso Clínico 2 Niña de 3 años de edad Antecedente: Tratamiento por Leucemia Linfática Aguda desde hace 8 meses Síntomas: Alza térmica, Rinorrea , tos exigente nocturna Inapetencia, dificultad respiratoria y deposiciones sueltas Examen Clínico: T oral 38C, FR 25x´, FC 100x´, PA: 90/60 Ectoscopia: jugando, sin distress Orofaringe leve congestión, otoscopia negativa, rinitis clara Tórax: roncantes difusos en ambos campos pulmonares, sin espasmo Abdomen: ruidos hidroaereos aumentados • ¿ Que preguntas son importantes en la HC? • Ultima quimioterapia • Ultimo Hemograma • Si otro miembro de la familia esta enfermo • Vomito? Sangre Heces? • DIAGNOSTICOS • Inf. Respiratoria Aguda • IRA sin otitis • Gastroenteritis aguda • Descartar Neutropenia
