Energy efficiency - Examples of supported actions • Developing and adopting sustainable energy action plans and concepts • Advising local/ regional/ national authorities on howto increase energy efficiency and use of renewables • Developing tools for improved energy efficient actions • Strengthening capacities of various target groups on EE • Implementing harmonised approaches in energy performance buildings assessment • Supporting measures for setting up energy metering systems • Carrying out pilot investments and actions suitable for replications

Shaping the future CENTRAL EUROPE 2020 Programme • CENTRAL EUROPE after 2013 • The European Commission proposed in 2012 to continue the CENTRAL EUROPE transnational Programme • CENTRAL EUROPE 2020 will be one of the 14 transnational programmes of the “European Territorial Cooperation” Objective • Direct contribution to the achievement of the European targets of Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive growth outlined in the “Europe 2020 Strategy”
