  3. IDT 1/27 Reminders 1/27 IDT Call starts at 7:30 AM, 7 hour IDT begins at 8:30 AM TARRFs set to regular submission – not required to be set to 1 BAAL control will be tested again Ramp Sharing “On” Reg Up / Reg Down at 50%; Spin and Supp at 100% webMirroringwill continue to be off • EIS and IM Schedules need to be submitted. Please submit dual schedules for HE 0900 - 1600 IDT Conditions TielineCheckout Process • SPP will verify tie line meter data and calculate SPP Inadvertent during the IDT Regulation Pre-Selection • RegUp, RegDown, Spin and Supp all submitted as “Market” or “Fixed” as desired • Details follow EDR Scenario: Applicable MPs are in contact with SPP • Demonstrate the clearing & dispatch of EDR resource for qualified products

  4. Review of RSS Event Expectations • Entity that experiences the Resource trip submits the RSS event • SPP enters event into CRD tool • MPs should follow Setpoints to respond • Small events are handled solely through changes in Setpoints • Large events could require unit commitments • SPP will work directly with the MP to determine which units to commit in order to respond to the event

  5. Market Participants • MPs with Resources online qualified for Reg, Spin or Supp should submit them as either “Market” or “Fixed” Dispatch Status as they desire for the IDT. • Offline Supp may also be offered as “Market” or “Fixed.” • Ramp Rate, Offer Curve and Limits on these Resources should be similar to what is expected to be offered in the IM after go-live. • SPP Operators will execute the IDRUC process to identify Resources on Reg for each hour. • SPP will dispatch Reg normally by sending a Setpointto each Resource. • Spin and Supp will be deployed as necessary if an RSS event occurs during the IDT. • The SPP BA and RUC Operators may intervene in the Reg and CR Selection process if the deployment of Reg or CR Resources negatively impacts a constraint or if regulation MW’s become unavailable due to a constraint.

  6. Dynamic Adjustments and Load Calculations • SPP needs to ensure that any adjustments made by the current BAs are included in SPP IM systems through schedules or pseudo ties • Dynamic metering must be associated with a dynamic schedule in RTOSS • Failure to submit adjustments correctly will result in true up costs and adjustments to load calculation numbers during check out
