The freeway characterized by: • 10.5-ft lane width • 3-ft lateral clearance • Commuter traffic • 2200 veh/hr peak hour directional volume • 8 % trucks • PHF 0.87 • One interchange per mile • Rolling Terrain • Calculate Manually and using HSC the freeway LOS by assuming the following: • BFFS of 75 mi/hr • Rural area so no effect of Lanes Number • 0 % buses and RVs • Good Luck • ZaherMassaad • Senior Transport Planner
