  1. Nature as Art

  2. Create a work of art using only objects from nature. • Natural objects can include leaves, flowers, sticks, stones, dirt, water, bugs, etc. • Think about simplicity in design, you may use more than one type of natural object together. • Use elements of design such as symmetry, color, line, balance, volume, etc. • Create this work on our walk through Tyler State Park. • Artwork must be photographed and emailed to me ( jbiglan@crsd.org ), put your name on photo file. You may print out a COLOR hard copy instead. • If we go out more than once you may add on to your artwork, make another one but always photograph the work. • If you are absent or unsatisfied with your artwork make one in your backyard or somewhere else outdoors. • Have fun, be experimental, respect nature.

  3. All students must be within eyesight of the instructor and everyone must return back to the class before the bell rings. • You can no further than Plantation Picnic area. • We are leaving right when class starts so do NOT be late. • Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. • All school rules apply on our journey. • You cannot go to the park without a permission slip.
