My background • For those of you who do not know: • I came from a medical background. I used to rely more on Science. • I used to lead a very unhealthy lifestyle. • I love to eat fatty foods, junk food, fast food. • In college, I used to eat Mc Donald’s almost everyday. • Supersize me movie

Crash Course on Healing and Wellness • Medical Science does not want to use the word healing or cure. • We will divide the whole discussion into: I. Food and Beverage II. Sleep and Rest III. Lifestyle
I. Food and Beverage A. First week – very strict (cleansing)
Only organic food and vegetables(the more colorful the better)Start with as much fruits as you like
No cooked food or anything that has been exposed to heat/ fire (raw food diet for a week)
Carrots, malunggay, chopsuey vegetables are advisable eaten raw.
No coconut oil just vegetable oil like corn oil, olive oil or canola oil or similar oils.
No pork and beef or any red meat. It’s found out that eating pork can age you rapidly.
2nd Week onwards: At least 70% of your plate should be green and leafy vegetables (alive enzymes)
Eat fruits first before any main dish and wait for at least 5 to 8 minutes for the enzymes to take effect.
II. Sleep and Rest • 9:30 pm is the latest to go to sleep and wake up no later than 6 am • When the sun rises have at least 15 minutes or more for Vitamin D • No sound and lights at sleep.
III. Lifestyle • A. Taking a bath - start with your navel - duration
