  1. Soluciones hipotónicas Permiten el paso de líquidos del espacio intravascular, al espacio intracelular. Permiten que la célula recupere su volumen o la edematizan. Solución salina al medio = SS al 0.45%

  2. Indicación: • Hipernatremia • Cetoacidosis diabética Preparación: 480 cc H2O + 2 amp. de Natrol

  3. Soluciones hipertónicas: • Atraen líquido del espacio intracelular, al intravascular para disminuir el edema. Indicaciones: • Edema cerebral • Mejoran la micro circulación • Mejora el gasto cardiaco • Aumentan la tensión arterial • Aumento de la diuresis Precaución: Se administran por catéter central

  4. Preparación: • SS al 3% Agua destilada 370 cc + Natrol 130 cc Si: 500cc de SSN (0.9) contiene 77 meq de Na SS 3% X X= 257 meq de Natrol

  5. Si: 10 cc de Natrol contienen 20 meq 130 X X=260 meq

  6. SS al 7% Preparación: Agua destilada 200cc + 300 cc de Natrol • SS al 7.5% Preparación: Agua destilada 180 cc + 320 cc de Natrol
