Global Entrepreneurship Week • Events focused on Entrepreneurship • National Website - http://www.unleashingideas.org/ • PSU - http://www.geweekatpennstate.com/ • November 17th – 22nd • PMA is offering points! • 5 points for each event attended • 10 points for volunteering to help at an event • 15 points max • Sign up if interested in volunteering!

  14. Team Building Activity Everyone get in your teams!

  15. The Rules • You will have two sheets of paper, and a pair of scissors. • The task is to cut the paper in such a way that you can get your entire team inside of a single sheet of paper. • The paper must remain a single, continuous sheet, with no broken or hanging edges. • You will have four minutes to work, then a hint will be shown, and you will have another four minutes to work. • However, the first team to complete the task is the winner, regardless of whether time has expired.

Follow-Up • What was it like beginning a task with incomplete information on how to complete a project? • How did your team decide which method to follow? • Were you encouraged to take more risks, knowing that you had more resources in case something went wrong? • If you had known there was an incentive, would you have conducted the activity differently?

  18. Opportunity: Run a Team Building Activity! • Anyone can submit/run a team building activity. • Must submit by one week before next meeting • Great way to earn some additonal leadership experience!
