  2. There are different stages or levels of being a wellness champion. Research suggests that as you grow in your role it helps to take a big picture or “systemic” view of your wellness program.   4. Team Awareness is a unique program that enhances health of the social network of any organization. It has been used in dozens of organizations and industries and has reached over 20,000 workers world-wide. It is in the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs. The original Team Awareness curriculum is available at no cost (provide link here). It has been downloaded by over 1,500 training professionals who have used elements for their own training.
