In a republic government, the people vote for the leaders of the government. They have also made a system of roads. It will be much easier and faster now to get around. Their army is one of the best in the world. They have a unique strategy. Instead of storming in, they stand in organized rows. They have many interesting places to see. Today I went to the Colosseum. I saw gladiators fighting each other. I also saw chariot races. When I was leaving, I saw this beautiful arch that is next to the Colosseum. It is called the Arch of Constantine. It has been a very fun and exciting day. I can’t wait until tomorrow. I am so glad I came to Rome for a visit.
