  3. Abandoned, But Needed • Saying: “They will come back in their thirties.” • A Bigger Sickness – growing isolation. • The World NEEDS the Church.

  4. Called to Community • God has always called people into community. • Genesis 3:9 (p.4); 12:1-3 • Come follow Me, and I will show you (plural) how to fish for people.” Matt 4:19

  5. Called to Community • The Church • Acts 1:8 (p.830) • Power from the Holy Spirit to fulfill the Great Commission. • Acts 2:36-41 • It is ok to be bold, in love.

  6. Called to Community • Acts 2:42-47 • Authentic Devotion – changes you, draws others • To Jesus – prayer, Bible study, obedience • To each other, even in conflict • Deep love and sacrifice – more than Sunday • Dive deeper into community. Love the Church!
