Visionary Leadership • Inspire and lead the development of the integration of technology I have facilitated the integration of technology into strategic plans and programs and development processes. Using graphic organizers, technology can be at once demonstrated and implemented.   5. Digital Age Learning Culture • Create, promote and sustain a dynamic, digital age learning culture • I have created models for technology applied to specific programs. An instructional plan, using direct instruction and media, will be incorporated into a client-based course designed to encourage entry-level workers to pursue their higher education goals. This program will become a model to develop similar programs for other industries. Activities on UEN.org can provide digital media experiences for new learners. Excellence in Professional Practice • Allocate resources, facilitate learning communities; model collaboration with digital age tools…. • I have created resources for accessing and understanding digital tools and information and how those tools can be used to foster learning communities.
