  9. Amendment 8 • Imagine that you’ve been convicted of a crime in a village of cannibals, and as a punishment they 8 you! This seems like cruel and unusual punishment to you, doesn’t it? The 8th Amendment, fortunately, protects you from cruel and unusual punishments like this.

  10. Amendment 18 • You can’t drink at age 18.

  11. Amendment 21 • You CAN drink at age 21
