  5. Training Needs Assessment The second phase of the training process is needs assessment. Training needs assessment (TNA) clarifies the real nature of training need from issues such as knowledge, skill, attitude, practice, supervision, working conditions including workload pressure, job design, machine/equipment/materials, working group norms, intra-group conflict and overall job satisfaction which are directly
