  3. Brief Bio • Lancaster High; Ohio University; Ashland University • 14th year of teaching • Grades taught: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 • Husband – Ed (11 years) Children - Aaron (8), Evan (5), Ellie (2) • Enjoy family, fitness, nutrition, and growing in knowledge

Classroom Goals • Resourcefully create a safe, nurturing learning culture integrating best practice instruction • Determine learning needs and adjust strategies when needed for achievement • Institute expectations for child to develop responsibility and time management skills • Model honesty, sincerity, and passion for learning • Encourage / practice communication • Find joy each day… laugh & smile!
