Conduction of Final Inspection on behalf of the Buyer / Supplier Credibility In order to ensure the quality, desired weight, construction, color and other technicalities we evaluate the capacity and capability of every factory. We also check environmental control, safety laws, labor practices and adherence to Labor Laws. We are giving assurance to make sure our suppliers meet our requirements when it comes to reaching the average number of pieces produced according to our Buyer requirement in a given period of time to meet the delivery schedule. Sourcing - Upon order placement, we check and control the quality of all garment inputs such as the yarn / fabric, trims / accessories, labeling and coordinates the timing of their procurement and its timely delivery. We let Buyers choose and decide what kind of accessories and labels to use as far as style, color, design, etc. are concerned. Quality Control / Assurance Our QA / QC team are visiting the factory with regular intervals to make sure we meet our Buyer requirements and stationed at all manufacturing units / sites to ensure that all production meet Buyer requirement. We always monitoring the order from sourcing of raw materials and accessories to production and up to the final shipment of goods and reporting the realistic status of the order to the Buyer with systematic follow up at each and every stage. Packaging Only approved concern items should attach to the garments and will pack as Buyer packing instruction. Mandatory to every aspects of individual PO to check the care instruction to match with Buyer advised symbols which is very efficient against every part of shipment. Shipment / Cargo Handling All shipping documents are reviewed and verified as per Buyer instructions.
