Routing workflow through vPC-GR Dashboard Roles assigned within Dashboard by Role Administrator (except Rater and Ratee) Routing may be submitted by vPC-GR role, Individual or both E-signature & Wet Ink signature supported

Referral Reports Referral reports may be coordinated through vPC-GR Evaluation Capability (Ref.: AFI 36-2406, para. 3.9, figure 3.1) Referral report (IMT) must have “Wet” ink signatures Follow “certified true copy” requirements Referral reports (IMT) must be scanned and uploaded to vPC-GR, EPR/OPR Attachment field Single PDF file, (should not to exceed 918 KB) Black & White (no color), Medium Output Quality and 300 dpi. Source and reference documents must be scanned and attached in “Additional Attachments” field on vPC-GR Coordination form Up to five (5) attachments, 5 MB each Recommended: Black & White (no color), Medium Output Quality and 300 dpi. Follow “certified true copy” requirement for each signature page All copies must be readable 13

    24. 24 Coordination and Signing The Evaluation will continue in coordination until the rater, additional rater, and commander are satisfied with the draft report. (See Coordinator Roles tutorial for details.) Signatures may not be added to the final draft until after the close-out date.

    30. Final Signatures - Digital Remember: Digital signatures must be used for all evaluators and reviewers. (If one evaluator or reviewer is unable to access digital signature, all evaluators and reviewers must hand sign and date the report.) Once a digital signature has been applied, it cannot be deleted. On another note: When the evaluation has been “Completed,” it may be pulled from ARMS and filed in records, if UPRG’s are still maintained at base level (No e-Records). Reports will only be received through vPC-GR or CMS (PIRR, IMAs, LEAD personnel) to ARPC- Duplicate copies will not be accepted E-mail inquiries for time sensitive reports with vPC-GR issue number (EVR*******), Name and Close Out date to ARPC/DPBR DO NOT attach EPR/OPR to e-mail

    33. 33 Final Signature Signatures will continue to be collected before the Evaluation is finally returned to the Rater. (See Coordinator tutorial for details.) The Rater will set up a feedback session and collect the Ratee’s signature.

Final Signatures – Wet Ink MPF/MPE or CSS may provide assistance to complete “Wet” ink evaluations In few instances when CACs or CAC reader access is not available, or if a report is a referral, wet ink signatures on the hard copy of the report will be required. “Wet” ink signatures will be required on all referral reports. Dates for all “Wet” ink signed evaluations will be “Handwritten.” “Certified true copy” is required IAW AFI 36-2406, para. 3.8.13.2 and para. 3.8.13.3 by Chief, Career Enhancement or designated NCOIC Improperly certified evaluations will be returned to the rater “Wet” ink signature evaluations must be scanned to upload to ARPC Scan evaluations to a single PDF file, (should not to exceed 918 KB) Recommended settings are Black & White (no color), Medium Output Quality and 300 dpi. Always check for readability – low quality reports will be returned
