The software can be used in any Hospital, Clinic, Dispensary or Pathology labs for maintaining patient details and their test results. Company & Sponsor

  3. The preferred software application is for the automation of our Patient Information Management. The current system employed in the clinic is a paper-based system. Problems with the system include, • Lack of proper storage and maintenance of patient health records. • Lacks immediate retrieval of the patient history. • Lacks security. • Requires more labor time. • More error prone in terms of manual processing, inconsistent data. • Lacks the ability to generate accurate and timely reports. An integrated computer-based system that functions within the clinic’s network, serves as a single repository for maintaining patient information and other related records. • Provides organized working conditions and maintains more reliable, and consistent data. • Provides support for GUI forms for immediate and easy data storage and retrieval. • Supports role based authorization, to enhance the security measures. • Maintains and generates accurate reports for viewing and analyzing. No other users are allowed to operate the system. • Basic training for the Physicians and other Clinic staff on how to use the system will be required. • The potential users of the system will be pre-registered and entered into the system before the system goes live.
