  16. Enhanced Services - Dataset • A dataset file has been created and shared with all practices. This file details:- • The fields and Read codes included within the data entry templates • The criteria and content of the reports/extract • The criteria used within PCIS to calculate the claims • If practices wish to use their own templates, then they must ensure that the Read codes specified within the dataset file are used within their templates

  17. Enhanced Services - Templates EMIS PCS templates which are based entirely on dataset, have been created for each service

  18. Enhanced Services – EMIS Web Reports • Various reports have been developed and made available to practices within EMIS Web. • Practices monitor activity, validate claims and ensure all data is accurate and complete

  19. Enhanced Services – EMIS Web Extracts • Anonymous reports have been developed, which will be run on a monthly basis • Consenting practices only • This data will be used to calculate activity and payments • Reported to practices within the Primary Care Information System (PCIS).
