Canadian constitution • Constitution act of 1867, what made Canada it combined four providence’s under the name of Canada • Executive power resides in the Queen. • Parliament consists of the Queen, the Senate, and the House of Commons • Unemployment insurance • English and French can be used in Parliament, and Canada's laws must be in both languages.

Rule of law • Unlimited taxation • Every citizen has the right to vote and run for office federally and provincially. • Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person.  • Unreasonable search and seizure is forbidden. • No one can be subjected to cruel or unusual treatment or punishment.

  4. Fairness of the law and execution right to equal protection and benefit under the law without discrimination. right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
