  8. Significant Findings No Water Concerns • Static Water Table 25 Ft. Below Foundation • Existing Dewatering System Is Efficient • No Water Infiltration No Geyser!

  9. Significant Findings Mat Foundation Can Support New Structure • New Loads Are Less Than Existing Loads • Can Use Footers Or Caissons • Recommended To Use Caissons • Cost Premium Of < $2 Mil.

  10. Significant Findings Very Little Risk To Surrounding Buildings • Re-use Continues To Support Surrounding Areas • Recommend Wall Anchors

  11. Significant Findings Existing Structure Supporting Lakeside Ave. Can Continue To Be Used

  12. Mall Level Can Be Maintained Within Existing Parameters, or Less • Top of Existing Wall Around Mall
